Vanessa Lee is a freelance Reiki Master based in Suffolk, trained by James Philip at Celestial Earth.
Reiki is an ancient and profoundly simple system of hands on healing, derived from Tibetan Buddhism. It works on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual plane, and is highly effective for insomnia, emotional problems such as grief, loss, anxiety and depression and also ongoing health issues that do not seem to be alleviated by main stream medicine. The aim is to reach an optimal state of harmony. Reiki means Universal Life Energy and through Reiki treatments and attunements you can start the process of returning to this state of connection and harmony.
